So, you may be wondering why I would have Laughing Yoga on a Coaching Web Site.  Quite often I will use laughing yoga with my clients as a way to release stress, tension, anger or frustration.  It's also not unlikely that I'll suggest it as an action step or a structure to step out of the ordinary and into something new and different.  So, go ahead, give it a try.
